...I had the most wonderful experience with the small business we hired to clean our windows. Just wanted to pass along their name to you, in hopes you can recommend them to your future clients! They are called Austin Early Bird. A husband & wife, Michael and Monica Vasquez, do all the work. Very friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy too! We had shopped around to get estimates on window washing on our house, including a call to "Name Brand Business" they quoted us $$$ for the same exact work that Austin Early Bird completed for $$$. Amazing! Michael & Monica removed all our solar screens, squeegeed the inside & outside window panes spotlessly, cleaned all the window frames/tracks that had been full of black dirt, and cleared away the cob webs & wasp nests outside. Cleanest windows I've ever seen :-)
We also hired Michael Vasquez to do our ceramic tile repair work. Again, he had most reasonable price around and he did high-quality work. He was able to match our grout color exactly and the new tiles are perfect. Michael also does carpentry, masonry, and other handyman work. We had such a great experience with his quality work that we hope you will pass the name along to your clients.

Called Austin Early Bird the week of Christmas with hopes of them cleaning my windows before my family arrived. No problem - they came out the next day and did a fantastic job! Plus, the price was great! We will call them to clean our windows again. Very happy!

Michael Vasquez and his two other crew members did an excellent job! Actually I asked him to do a dozen more interior windows for which I offered to pay. However, they did all the interior and exterior windows including the extra windows at the originally quoted price. Incidentally, they arrived on time with the proper equipment including long and short ladders. Furthermore, he offered to do our exterior windows every 3 months for $$$. That is a reasonable price... I will definitely recommend Austin Early Bird.
